Hello! My name is Jeremiah Thompson, but my close friends and family call me by my middle name, Dustin. I’m a follower of Christ, excited to tell others about what Christ has done in my life. I retired from the U.S. Army in 2024 after 21 years of service with 5 years active duty, 16 years in the reserves. 3 deployments to Iraq, 1 to Kuwait, 2 mobilizations, and 5 re-enlistments. I’m so proud to live in this country and extremely proud to have served. I am a graduate of the University of North Florida with my M.A. in History - 2024, a graduate of Jacksonville University with my B.A. in History and a minor in Secondary Education - 2019. I am a father of one dog, Loki, and lastly, I hold a giant storage of memes at my disposal, which I will use in my blogs. This is a new blog and I’m excited to have you as a reader.

‍ ‍God Loves You. God loves you regardless of who you are, what you've done or how messed up you think your life is. God's love transcends all things, and that includes any of the mistakes, mishaps or failures that you may have encountered in life. You are loved beyond comparison. 

‍ ‍ Life matters. Regardless of your circumstances. This blog is devoted to helping those who have yet to see the importance of life, and teach them to understand their worth and value in Christ.  

You have a purpose. I believe that everyone has a purpose, and that each and every one of us were created for a unique and marvelous reason. God’s promise to make all things new (Rev. 21:5) includes remaking me and you. This is no small, insignificant purpose for our lives. This is the Creator restoring us to His very likeness and making us fit to bring Him glory and fit to be glorified with Him. He has big plans for us, indeed. I hope this blog will help individuals see their potential and fulfill God’s callings in life; a calling to make an impact for His Kingdom.
